Pernocta
Spanish legal distinction: 'pernocta' (overnight sleeping in vehicle, generally tolerated) vs 'acampada' (deploying chairs/awnings/levellers, illegal outside campsites).

The distinction matters because it is behavioural, not architectural: the same vehicle in the same bay can fall on either side of it depending on what is deployed outside and how long it stays.
What the cited authority settles is the road-traffic framing. It does not override a municipal by-law or a signed restriction at the bay itself, and those are the rules a driver is actually fined under.
