Getting a van horizontal is not a comfort question alone. Absorption fridges lose efficiency off-level, drains stop draining, and shower trays pool — which is why the operation is usually done before anything else is unpacked.
How far off level a given appliance tolerates is set by its own manufacturer, not by the parking reference cited here.
